Our commitment is to provide a wide spectrum of service support to Domain users for as long as it is needed. We've assumed full support responsibilities including testing, diagnosing and repairing circuit boards to component level. Additionally, we will perform full system maintenance and provide technical support for all customers under contract.

New Product Development:

We're interested in your suggestions for new product upgrades to the Domain. Some ideas we've recieved include a faster Waveform Digitizer and Arbitrary Waveform Generator followed by a reduced noise floor. We'd like to concentrate our resources on areas that return the most value for our customer, so naturally we want your input; it's your system.
