ATS has supported the Tektronix S3200 family of LSI ATE for the last 20 years. We've designed and manufactured hardware and software enhancements that include:

• Real time pattern memory to increase speed and size from 32 Kb to 64,000 Kb
• Quadrupled pin card functionality
• Converted the O/S from 16 bit to Windows
• Replaced the DEC computer with a Pentium based CPU
• Designed test fixtures
• Articulated test head
• and all system components from individual circuit boards to delivering complete testers.
  

Long-term support includes factory service, board exchange, on-site full service agreements, custom hardware designs, and software bug fixes.

Testers supported include S3260, S3220, S3225, S3270, S3275, S3280, and S3295.
